The Titans seem to have split up for good in ‘Atonement’

Last time on Titans, we went back five years to when Jericho met the Titans. Dick originally found him with revenge on his mind, but shortly after started to like him. The whole team met him and also thought he was a good person. They wanted to have him join the Titans, but first Dick decided to take on Deathstroke by himself. This confrontation led to something very bad happening. Now Dick tells both teams the truth in ‘Atonement’. I was able to watch a screener of this episode and here is my thoughts on it.

You can read the premise for ‘Atonement’ here:

In the aftermath of Dick’s confession, the Titans’ world is rocked to the core – and Dick’s fear that his secret would break up the Titans comes true.  Abandoning Titans Tower, the heroes all go their separate ways.  Hank and Dawn return to Wyoming, Jason and Rose leave together, and Donna agrees to take Rachel with her.  Kory, meanwhile, is surprised to hear from Faddei, who’s returned with bad news from her home planet.  Leaving Gar alone to tend to the still wounded Conner, Dick departs as well, in search of absolution for Jericho’s death.

It looks like the Titans might be over for good in ‘Atonement’. Once they all hear the truth about Jericho, they all decide they have had enough. Gar stays behind to watch after Conner, and the loneliness slowly starts to drive him crazy. Rachel goes with Donna, but leaves her shortly after. Kory gets a familiar visitor and news that things on her home planet have gotten worse. Meanwhile Dick tries to get forgiveness from two people but only gets pain instead. As this episode comes to a close Dick decides to do something drastic, and it could cost him dearly.
